Market Flowers Auckland may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any amendment will become effective immediately. Continued use of this website after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

 


Flower Delivery

Same-day FREE delivery by Market Flowers Auckland is guaranteed on orders placed before 12:00 pm sharp, Monday to Friday, for business and residential addresses within the delivery zone. Please ensure you check the delivery zone prior to ordering.
Please note that there is no guarantee that deliveries within the free delivery zone will arrive before 5:00 pm. While we always aim to deliver within this timeframe, delays may occur due to factors such as heavy traffic, courier volume, or courier collection issues. In this instance, the courier (or Market Flowers Auckland) will contact the recipient to arrange an alternative delivery option at no additional charge.
Orders may be placed after hours; however, delivery will take place as soon as possible, and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Orders must include a bouquet of flowers.
Tracking is available for the free economy delivery area of Auckland only. Tracking is not available for outer Auckland regions.

Saturday Deliveries
Same-day delivery on Saturdays is available for orders placed before 9:00 am sharp on that day.
There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

Special Events
Special events may incur a delivery surcharge, particularly where they fall on a Sunday or public holiday.

Delivery Times
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will always do our best to deliver as requested.
Specified time deliveries may be available with the Market Flowers Auckland $20 delivery option.
Specified time deliveries are not available on Saturdays, Mother’s Day, or Valentine’s Day.

 

Privacy Policy

Market Flowers Auckland is committed to protecting personal information in compliance with national and international privacy laws. We maintain the integrity of data collection, use, disclosure, accuracy, security, openness, and access to personal information.
Market Flowers Auckland reserves the right to retain customer email addresses and may occasionally send emails relating to order updates, confirmations, and special offers.

 

Credit Card Security

This website is secured using Paystation, which redirects you to ASB Bank to complete payment. It is important to wait until you are returned to the Market Flowers Auckland website to confirm your order.
All information transmitted via the internet is encrypted. If intercepted, the data will only appear in encrypted form. Certificate technology allows us to decrypt the information securely. You may view the website’s digital certificate by clicking the padlock icon in your browser.

 

Substitution and Variances Policy

Bouquet images displayed on this website are intended as a guide only. Flower varieties vary seasonally. We always follow the general colour palette, size, and shape rather than replicating the exact flower mix shown.
Market Flowers Auckland reserves the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions based on the availability of specific flowers and containers.
Every effort is made to create arrangements consistent with the order description, including size, shape, colour, and specified flower types where possible.
Please Note
• Market Mix bouquets change daily based on seasonal availability. These are not pre-arranged bouquets but a selection of fresh stems tied together before reaching full bloom.
• Purple Roses fall within a broad purple and lilac spectrum and may appear more pink at times due to natural variation.

 

 

Recipient 'not at home' & Re-Delivery Policy

Market Flowers Auckland is not responsible if the recipient is not present at the delivery address.
Customers must ensure the recipient will be available at the address on the selected delivery date. Deliveries require approximately 4 to 8 hours.
If the recipient is not home, flowers will be left in the safest available location and a card will be left as proof of delivery.
A contact phone number must be provided. Market Flowers Auckland may contact the recipient to attempt delivery at a later time. If no phone number is supplied, delivery will still be attempted on the specified date.
If there is no safe place to leave the flowers, or redelivery is required, additional delivery charges apply.
If flowers are left at a safe location, Market Flowers Auckland is not liable for loss, damage, or theft and is not required to replace or resend flowers.


Re-Delivery Fees
• Standard economy redeliveries (9:00 am–1:00 pm or 1:00 pm–5:00 pm) incur a $21 redelivery fee, without exception.
• Three-hour delivery windows outside economy runs incur a higher fee, quoted at the time.
• Outer Auckland redeliveries can occur the following day only, excluding Sundays, and incur a $25–$40 fee.

 

 

Non-Deliveries

Market Flowers Auckland will try their best to deliver any gift, but we do not guarantee the delivery of any product if one of the following occurs:


• Incorrect or incomplete address details
• Recipient not present or has just left
• Unsafe access for the courier, including dogs
• No safe place to leave flowers
• Recipient refuses delivery


Any additional costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer.


If one of these instances occurs, we may judge that the delivery cannot be made.
All extra costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer. 

All redeliveries that can be scheduled on our standard economy runs (9AM1PM or 1PM5PM or the following day), when booked before these windows begin) incur a $21 redelivery fee) This applies without exception. 3 hour delivery windows are available for outside these economy run times and would incur a higher re-delivery price on quote.

Outer-Auckland redeliveries can only occur the day after (excluding Sunday) and will incur a $25-$40 redelivery fee)

 

 

Fees and Charges

All prices displayed on the website include applicable fees and the initial delivery charge. Customers will not be charged more than what is displayed at checkout or within these Terms. No additional charges are added at the final checkout stage.

 


Cancellations and Incorrect Order Dates

Market Flowers Auckland cannot cancel any order that has already been prepared, even if the order has not yet been delivered.

If a cancellation request is made before the flowers have been prepared, Market Flowers Auckland may be able to cancel the order. However, we are under no obligation to do so, as flowers may have been specifically purchased for your arrangement. Market Flowers Auckland cannot guarantee that any order can be cancelled once placed.

If a cancellation request is accepted, a $10 administration fee will be charged to cover processing and refund handling.

Floral arrangements that have been dispatched on the requested delivery date are not eligible for return or refund where an incorrect delivery date was selected by the customer at the time of ordering.

 

 

Refunds

It is not normally Market Flowers Auckland policy to refund the price of a product. Flowers are highly perishable and time sensitive, and we purchase only the freshest flowers available, often specifically for each order. Orders are therefore prepared and dispatched as quickly as courier availability allows, with a minimum preparation and dispatch window of approximately four hours.

However, as every customer and order is individual, concerns are assessed on a case by case basis. Where appropriate, Market Flowers Auckland may offer alternative resolutions such as a replacement arrangement, store credit, voucher, or an alternative gift of equal value. Correspondence by email and the provision of photo material will assist in resolving any query efficiently.

 

 

Quality Concerns, Replacements and Unhappy Orders

If a customer is unhappy with their order and is requesting a refund or a replacement arrangement for any reason, the following conditions apply.

• Clear photos of the arrangement must be provided within 12 hours of delivery.
• Written correspondence must be received within 24 hours of delivery.
• If a replacement arrangement is approved, the original flowers must be made available for return. Market Flowers Auckland will arrange collection at the time the replacement flowers are delivered. Original flowers must be left in a safe and accessible location, such as at the doorstep, for collection. 

Where photos are not provided within the required timeframe, or where flowers have been disposed of, and unable to be returned, Market Flowers Auckland is unable to verify the concern and therefore cannot offer a refund or replacement.

 

 

Coupons

Only one coupon available per order. Using more then one coupon will not be considered a valid order.
